Platform Limitations:
- DASKIES is not a party to any final transaction or legal contract between users.
- All negotiations, payments, and compliance are between the concerned parties.
- We may assist with support, marketing, or documentation — but without liability.
- No user shall upload fake or unauthorized assets.
- Any misuse of the platform for illegal activity will result in suspension and legal action.
- All content must follow Indian laws and applicable international norms (for global users).
Jurisdiction:
All disputes arising out of usage of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat, India unless otherwise agreed in writing between parties.
Data Privacy:
We do not share your listing or personal data publicly without your consent. Verified members may get access after platform approval. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
